Eco-Friendly Economy Based on Biology and Biotechnology for Quality of Life and Sustainable Development
Focus:
Caring for the human environment and the rational management of natural resources.
Project Purpose:
To apply innovative laser biotechnology to improve the natural environment, public health, increase biomass production on wastelands, and create new jobs.
Justification:
Research and development activities will provide both scientific and practical foundations for the common good. Their implementation will enable:
Reduction of automotive exhaust emissions
Decrease in food and environmental contamination
Mitigation of environmental risk factors affecting human health
The project’s outcomes will be applicable in both rural areas (including recreational and spa zones) and urban environments.
Applications of Laser Biotechnology:
Protective Hedges: Significantly accelerated plant growth along roads, around parking lots, and properties through laser photostimulation
Improved Vegetables and Crops: Higher content of vitamins and minerals
Water Quality Enhancement: Optimization of hydrobotanical wastewater treatment using algae and aquatic plants (e.g., reed, willow, duckweed)
Wasteland Utilization: Increased biomass and biogas production without interfering with food production
Crop Resilience: Better plant adaptation to climate change (drought, salinity, extreme temperatures) through photostimulation of seeds and seedlings















Project Outcomes
Improvement of so-called environmental health, including:
Better air and water quality
Reduced risk of diseases caused by environmental pollution
Protection of particularly vulnerable social groups (pregnant women, children)
Scalability:
The results can be widely implemented in other regions through model demonstration installations and online training programs.
